Having been a successful local estate agent for over 40
years, Frank Goddard and Son has undergone some changes and following the
trend of the modern approach, has had a revamp and is now trading as Phillip
Laurence. Both proprietors have moved on to ventures new and Frank Goddard and
Son is now under new ownership. With over 20 years of training, core staff remain
the same with Nora Walker still the hub of the company. Still a family run business,
we have added a younger element and feel we now offer a balance of a mature and
youthful, professional and dedicated service to all its clients. Phillip Laurence
hopes to achieve the same accreditation that Frank Goddard and Son has had and
continue on the success as a reputable business. Our main aim being, maintaining
the desirable elements but adding more drive, vibrancy, dedication and hard work.
